Welcome to Solo P. Fitness where we train to maximize your bodies ability to produce strength and power by prioritizing the functionality of your joints and load bearing capacity of your connective tissue.
We're only as strong as our weakest link. While adequate muscle mass is essential for long term health & performance, too much of anything is never ideal.
Repetitive patterned only movements will eventually lead to strength plateaus and an increased chance of injury at the deeper tissue level if not properly trained in conjunction with each other. This has proven true over recent years specifically, with the increase of non-contact sports injuries.
By combining progressive overloading strategies with tissue specific training inputs we're able to develop the body from the inside out. Leaving you with a strong, mobile body able to perform at peak level much past your prime!
